Cancellation Policy
A minimum notice of 24 hours is required for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments for all services 60 minutes or longer.
48 hour notice is required for any Spa Package or multiple service booking of three (3) or more.
Seven (7) day cancellation notice is required for larger parties (excluding Bridal Bookings).
The lack of such notification will result in a charge of 25% of the value of the services reserved for you.
All “No Shows” are charged at full service price.
A credit card will be required at the time of reservation for these services.
Gratuity Policy
Effective August 1, 2011 we will be incorporating a 15% gratuity to all package bookings requiring Three (3) or more hours service time. This will also include Gift Certificate package purchases as well. This will be provided for our client’s convenience automatically upon check–out.
Refunds
No refunds on sale merchandise or gift certificates.
Exchange or credit only with receipt.
